The User, by placing order either through Ayurved365 App or website, is deemed to have consented to these terms and conditions. By registering as a Subscriber/User, you are granted a limited revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Website and the App. Ayurved365 can terminate this license at any time with or without any reason or notice. The content in the Website and the App is protected under the applicable Laws of India.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Valid and legally enforceable contract between the User and Ayurved365, the terms and conditions along with the privacy policy of this website/the APP constitute valid and legally enforceable contract as per Indian Contract Act 1872. In case of any inconsistency the terms and conditions will prevail over privacy policy.

In addition, Ayurved365 offers designated services to those who opt for Annual Subscription, subject to the specific terms and conditions as detailed below.

 Ayurved365 also provides the option of remote monitoring of patients by the chosen Doctor’s.
